Golf in Wisconsin

Hey everyone! This week we are going to talk about The Ryder Cup. The Ryder Cup is a PGA tournament that is held every two years between Europe and the United States. It consists of 24 players from both countries competing in a head to head tournament.

This year’s tournament was going to take place September 22-26, 2020. With Covid-19 around, it is being postponed until September 21-26 of 2021. It will still be held in Kohler, Wisconsin at the Whistling Straits Golf Course.

This will be Elite’s second time offering packages to attend this event. With Covid-19 pushing the event back a year, hopefully this will allow for the tournament to have spectators attend. There were talks of having the tournament, but with no spectators. I had read that a lot of the players were not wanting to play the tournament without having the fans there. In a way this is good news for the players and fans. Now there will hopefully be a chance of having them at the tournament!

The current rankings for Ryder Cup have Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson, and Patrick Reed in the top three. There are many other big names that are in the top 100 like Tiger Woods and Jordan Speith. These rankings will for sure change by the time next September comes around, but if you are a big fan of any of these guys, then you will have to watch the tournament.

If you are looking to attend the Ryder Cup, let us know. We would love to assist you! We have multiple packages available and would love to show you what the Elite experience really is all about.
