Olivia McKerley is the kind of travel advisor who’s been planning vacations since she could hold a pencil—literally. As a kid, she played “travel agent” for fun, and thanks to a lifetime of travel that started at a very early age, she turned that childhood hobby into a career she genuinely loves. Now, with 12 years of professional travel planning experience, Olivia brings both expert knowledge and real-life family insight to every trip she designs.

Before stepping fully into the travel world, Olivia was an elementary school teacher—an experience that sharpened her gift for listening, guiding, organizing, and (let’s be honest) keeping things running smoothly. She holds three college degrees from Augusta University and is also a homeschool mom to two kids, ages 9 and 13, which means she understands exactly what families need when traveling with tweens and teens: the right balance of fun, downtime, and unforgettable experiences.

Olivia is especially passionate about Disney destinations. She visits Walt Disney World multiple times every year and has stayed at every resort except one—making her an incredibly well-versed guide for families hoping to make the most of their Disney vacation. Her personal favorites? Disney’s BoardWalk Inn and Wilderness Lodge. She’s also visited Disneyland and Southern California multiple times (one of her family’s favorite places to explore), and fun fact: she even danced at Disneyland once as a kid—a memory that still makes her smile and probably explains why she believes Disney magic is very real.

Olivia has also visited Aulani and explored the beauty and adventure of Hawaii, and cruising is another one of her specialties, with over 20 cruises under her belt. She’s a Platinum Castaway Club member with Disney Cruise Line, which means she knows Disney cruising inside and out—from ship differences and stateroom options to the best itineraries and onboard tips. She’s also sailed with Carnival and Royal Caribbean, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what makes each cruise line a great fit for different families.

When it comes to all-inclusive vacations, Olivia has done the homework firsthand—visiting nine Sandals and Beaches Resorts and earning her status as a proud Sandals Silver Elite Travel Advisor. She’s also explored a wide range of all-inclusive resorts across Mexico and the Caribbean, always adding new destinations and experiences to her toolkit so she can keep offering fresh recommendations and the best possible matches for her clients.

Today, Olivia specializes in helping busy families—especially those with tweens and teens—plan vacations that feel exciting, easy, and completely worth the time away. And when a trip turns into a multi-generational adventure with grandparents, grandkids, and everyone in between? That’s her favorite kind of magic.

Heather started booking travel with Elite Events in 2017. At first, she specialized in Walt Disney World travel. After a year, she branched out and became certified in all Disney destinations, Universal Studios, Royal Caribbean, and Carnival Cruise line. Heather also enjoys planning domestic getaways for her clients, as well, and even some business travel. Heather loves to travel with her husband and two young boys throughout the year. Their recent travels have taken them to the Rockies, San Diego and even the Caribbean. They were even on the last cruise ship to sail to Cuba in 2019.  They have a goal as a family to see all they can whenever they can. In addition, they are frequent visitors to Walt Disney World and Disneyland. They also enjoy cruising as a family on the Disney Dream. Heather is always up for an adventure and is ready to help you with everything you need for your next adventure!

Erin Estep loves all things Disney and to travel! She grew up going to Walt Disney World and even danced there on numerous occasions. She has been married over 9 years to her wonderful husband, Drew, and they have two very active and Disney obsessed little boys, Blake and Justice. Seeing Disney magic through the eyes of her boys is the most amazing feeling! Erin and her family have been to Walt Disney World 6 times in the past 3 years, and they went on their first Disney Cruise in 2019! I have experience with Walt Disney Word vacations for all budgets and ages including all 4 parks, Disney Springs, ESPN Wide World of Sports, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas party, both waterparks and multiple resorts and even the campsites at Fort Wilderness. Disney truly is her happy place! Her Disney destinations bucket list is to visit all the resorts and Disneyland. She would really love to visit Aulani for her 10 year anniversary!

KaLeigh is married to her husband, Corey, and has two children, Emory and Blakely. KaLeigh enjoys traveling and making memories with her family! Ever since she was a little girl she has enjoyed traveling with her sister and parents to beaches, cruises, mountains, and Walt Disney World. She took her kids to Walt Disney World and Universal Orlando for their first trips when they were 4 and 2 years old, and this changed everything! Ever since, she has wanted to share the excitement and joy she experienced with her children with all families!

Her most recent travels have taken her to Disney, Universal and Sandals Montego Bay along with beach and mountain travels. After taking her anniversary trip to Sandals, she was sold and wanted to help other couples to enjoy special trips together, too!

Jaye’s love for travel and adventure started at a young age. She enjoyed road trips, camping, going to theme parks, flying on an airplane and much more. Her dad served in the U.S. Air Force; therefore, her family took advantage of military rates for family vacations, including Disney destinations.

As a child, Jaye remembers the overwhelming excitement she had when they picked up their Disneyland tickets. At a young age, she knew she wanted to help others experience the magic of Disney the way she did! Jaye went to Disneyland in California and Disney’s California Adventure several times before relocating to Florida. After graduating from college, she took her first trip to Walt Disney World.  Jaye had the opportunity to work for Disney Cruise Line for two years. She also taught English in China through Disney English. While she was a Cast Member, she made it a goal to visit Disneyland Paris, Hong Kong Disneyland, Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo Disney Sea, and Shanghai Disney. In September of 2019, she spent a day touring Aulani, Disney’s resort in Hawaii. 

Jaye enjoys discovering new places, so she tries to visit at least one new country or state each year. Family and friends observed her love for travel and began asking her for tips and tricks when planning their vacations. Jaye realized that her love for travel could be combined with her desire to help others make their travel dreams come true. Jaye has planned trips for people celebrating a birthday, an anniversary, a honeymoon, the adoption of their children and more. She specializes in Disney destinations, but she can book day trips, Universal Studios vacations, most major cruise lines and more.

Being born and raised in chilly Pennsylvania, vacationing in Florida was a must. Every year Brittany’s family traveled to the Walt Disney World Resort for two weeks, even when she was just a few weeks old. This began her love of all things Disney.

Halfway through college she decided to try out the Disney College Program and worked at the Backlot Tour at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Her love for the company and the warm sun grew so much, she graduated early so she could move down to Florida. She worked for the Walt Disney Company for the next 12 years in various roles from the Parks, to the Resorts, to working post stay at Guest Experience Services, and finishing out her time with the company as a Social Media associate.

Now Brittany spends her days with her husband and kids, enjoying all they can. They love traveling all around the world and you can often find them cruising with Disney Cruise Line and Royal Caribbean International. And they even enjoy time close to home at Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, and SeaWorld Orlando. With all there is to offer to make amazing family memories, she would be thrilled to help you do just that!

Karissa has been married to her husband, Dillin, for 5 years now and they have one daughter, Adeline, who is almost one. She went to Walt Disney World as friends with her husband, and that is where they fell in love, so Disney has a special place in her heart!

She loves all things travel, thrill, and adventure! Growing up, she always traveled and took family vacations to mountains, beaches, cruises, Disney, Universal, and other amusement parks. She has been to Walt Disney World in Orlando and Universal Studios multiple times.

She has also been on a Royal Caribbean Cruise, as well as a Carnival Cruise. Her most recent big vacation was to Sandals Barbados for her honeymoon, which she absolutely loved and enjoyed.

She hopes to share her love of travel with her daughter as she grows up, as well as use her knowledge and expertise to help others have a fun-filled, stress-free vacation! Planning a vacation can be so tiresome and hectic, and she loves to be able to take that burden off her clients so that they can focus more on the fun and adventure!

Kaysi is passionate about and loves all things Disney! Kaysi has grown up going to Walt Disney World and has been over 30 times, and especially loves taking her friends and family to share in the magic. Kaysi has experience staying at almost every resort on property, as well as experience with Disney Springs and many seasonal events throughout property. Kaysi has also been to Disneyland for a dance competition, and her husband is a big Disneyland fan ensuring many trips there are in store.

In addition to Disney, Kaysi has decided to dive into the world of Universal! She grew up visiting Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure in Florida and recently made another trip out there and remembered why she loves it so much. Now she wants to help others experience that feeling too. She cannot wait to checkout Universal Studios Hollywood soon too!

Kaysi loves to travel and has filled much of her free-time and married life in Walt Disney World and Universal, in addition to recent trips to Sandals resorts in Jamaica. Kaysi believes that travel is one of the most memorable and fun things for kids and adults and wants to make magical vacations happen for others. She also has 3 fur babies and has learned lots of tips and tricks for making travel work with pets. She is ready to help you with your next Disney and Universal vacations, and make them the best yet! Ashley loves all things Disney and has an impressive Minnie ears collection! She grew up going to Walt Disney World every year and has continued this tradition into adulthood. Disney is truly her happy place.

Ashley has been married since 2017 and went to Walt Disney World on her honeymoon. She and her husband Jeremy have gone on at least 1 trip a year to Walt Disney World for the past 12 years. Now within the past year, they have been able to take their son, Brooks, on his first trip and have loved seeing the Disney magic through his eyes.

Ashley has also traveled to Universal Orlando several times, many different states, and the many beaches that South Carolina and Georgia have to offer.

Ashley’s extensive knowledge of Walt Disney World including all the parks and Disney Springs, as well as attending all the After Hours events make her an asset to her clients with her knowledge and passion.
