Our house is located in the Cottages Section of beautiful River Island. With sidewalks throughout and a wide open park area it is very peaceful and welcoming. In our home we have 5 spacious bedrooms, 4 baths, hardwood floors throughout 80% of the home, the rest is ceramic tile or upgraded carpeting. Granite countertops are found throughout the house in all bathrooms, laundry room, and kitchen. All of the bedrooms are large spacious rooms with walk-in closets, and lots of natural light coming in. There is an amazing screened-in porch with a gas fireplace and TV to enjoy the tournament. There is a dining table patio set out back and a gas grill for your use. Enjoy!
