Beautiful 2 story home in a quaint, quiet neighborhood located 6 miles from the course. Upon entering the property you’ll find a fully functional office area with desk, printer fax machine and everything you’ll need to take care of business during your stay. Next you’ll enter our spacious living area. You can count on a relaxing evening while kicking your feet up in the automatic recliners or the comfy sofa that also makes into a queen bed. Catch up on all the leaders from the day on the 65 inch smart TV. Or even better, make your way out back and enjoy the evening in the beautiful backyard by the pool. You’ll be able to comfortably relax and catch up on the days course events and see who sits atop the leader board while enjoying a cold beverage under the covered sitting area. Light a fire in the gas fire pit, throw some steaks on the Weber grill or some smash burgers on the Blackstone. Enjoy whatever you decide to cook up, while taking in the fresh air and enjoying the view. After a nice evening out back, come inside for that night cap as you make your way to your comfortable sleeping quarters. The downstairs bedroom has a comfy king bed with en-suite bathroom and the three upstairs bedrooms each have queen beds with lots of feather pillows, and a smart TV to make sure you know your favorite golfers morning Tee time. As you rise in the morning you’ll be happy to see the fully stocked coffee bar waiting to help get your day off to the best start!! As you buckle in and make your way to the course, you’ll be happy to know that’s it’s only a 6 mile trip. You’ll find everything you need at this property to insure you have a restful, yet enjoyable time while visiting our city!
