The Backyard includes a pool, generous concrete decking (oversized umbrella and 4 lounge chairs), patio (umbrella table and seating for 4), additional deck adjoining the pool (with 2 umbrella tables and seating for 8) and a 12’x12’ covered gazebo with comfortable furniture (seating for 6), 65” smart tv, and a fire pit. All of this is great for hosting or winding down the day with dinner by the pool, or drinks around the fire pit. In addition to the gas grill, there is a 36 inch Blackstone for your cooking pleasure! We are located in a quiet neighborhood, conveniently located to shopping and Restaurants.
The home has recently been updated with fresh paint, new carpet upstairs, and new mattresses on the beds.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee bar with a Keurig and a drip coffee maker and a breakfast nook with seating for 4 (6-8 including the countertop bar).
The dining room is set up for 8 but the additional leaf allows seating for 4 more if needed. We are happy to have everything set up seating based on the number, just let us know.
There is an office with printer/copier and WiFi equipped in case you need to get a little work done.
All bedrooms have Smart TVs for late night updates on the Leaders and Tee Times for the morning ahead!
