The dining table seats 8 and the island seats 6. The second floor boasts 4 bedrooms, all with queen-sized beds. The basement is an open-style layout with a full kitchen, nook/dining area, and living room, which can be a sleeping area. Separate gym room and bathroom off to the side. Movie theatre and wine room adjacent to the kitchen. Private bedroom with a king-size bed and private bathroom. Outside you’ll find beautiful landscaping throughout and a 35,000-gallon pool. Plenty of outdoor seating including an area to sit around a fire, an enclosed sitting room on the main level adjacent to the living room perfect for relaxing after a day at the course. In addition, there is also an open area on the deck on the main level where you can enjoy outdoor cooking.
