Located on hole number eight fairway of Champions Retreat in Evans. The entrance to this community is gated and very protected. This house is very large and spacious. The entryway leads you to some stairs and once you go up there is a piano and seating. The rooms are big and spacious with large closets and bathrooms. Kitchen has a TV, an island and a table that seats four. There is an entertainment room with seating, a TV and a pool table. Outside there are seating areas.
