One of the ensuite bedrooms is in a 1,000 square foot cottage. With full kitchen, gas appliances, breakfast table, bar and living room, the cottage is a perfect place to view the wooded acreage through a full wall of windows up to the cathedral ceiling, or from its private porch.

The main home has slate on the deep front “sitting porch” and hardwood and stone on the first floor. In addition to the dining room with colonial era cupboards, living room with cathedral ceiling, bright sunroom, kitchen, laundry room, and master bedroom, there is a paneled reading room off the foyer with hundreds of books and two oversized chairs with individual lamps.

If you want to hear or see traffic, this is not the rental for you. If, however, you want to be four minutes from the center of Evans with all of its entertainment and restaurants, but feel as if you are in rural Georgia, this IS your rental.
