Come and stay in this 1 year old home in beautiful Champions Retreat. Located on hole 9, Creek course -with a beautiful view of the pond. Our property is located walking distance to the golf shop and fine dining. But don’t worry, a golf cart will be provided to get around while staying in Champions Retreat. This home is 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, with a bonus/TV room that can be a 6th bedroom with queen bed per guest request. 2 main floor master bedrooms that provide full bathrooms and king size beds. Full gourmet kitchen with high end appliances. The island has seating for 4, the dining room table has seating for 8 and the breakfast table has seating for 4. Large great room with attached wet bar that connects through to the dining room. Home provides a 1st and 2nd floor laundry for our guests use. The home has a hot tub attached to an in ground swimming pool. Outdoor kitchen has grill, refrigerator, and sink. Sitting bar with mounted TV and mounted outdoor heaters for cooler evenings. The home also provides a large screened in patio with mounted TV’s, heaters, and wood burning fireplace. You will love the golf course views while sitting outside either from the bar or screened patio. Champions Retreat is open to the public during ANWA and Masters week. Golf packages are offered, as well as the driving range and putting area are open late with music and cash bar-not to mention daily contests! The Grill house has food and full bar with live music nightly. If in the mood for a nicer sit down dinner, the steakhouse house will take reservations daily. All this is at your finger tips to enjoy while you also attend the golf tournament!
