Arcadia Bluffs

Located in Jones Creek in Evans. A three story house with double front porches and a screened in back porch and deck with seating. There is a sun room that includes an office space. The kitchen has a double oven, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops with a center island cook top. There is a dining room table and a breakfast table that can seat 6 people each. The master bedroom and private bath are on the second level and has a king size bed. There are also two additional rooms on the second level, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins, with a full bath to share. The third floor features two additional bedrooms both with queen beds and a shared bath. Some amenities in the house include: 6 TVs with two being over 42″, cable, HD, a DVD player, WiFi, treadmill, and a washer and dryer. Outside there is a screened in porch that leads to the large deck and back yard. It has seating, a fire pit, and a grill.
