Old Waverly

A beautiful custom home, convenient to Publix grocery store, and other restaurants. We have taken the time to decorate our home with updates. We provide four bedrooms with two full, one shared and a half bath. One of the bedrooms also has a pool table and a golden tee machine. We also have a great covered area on the back porch with a grill, seating, TV that includes a fire pit, fireplace, a beautiful pool and hot tub. The kitchen has granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. Fireplace. Kitchen table and bar seating with dinning room through the kitchen.
